Available is a collector’s plate, numbered 1717 of 2415, of a 1959 Cadillac. Although not stated, I found it with 2 others that did state they were Canadian made bone china. Seems like it may have been made for GM employees for service or as an award. Nicely recessed in an octagonal wooden and glass frame ready for hanging.
