Hi, I’m Valerie, former ballerina and Canfitpro certified personal trainer. My passion for fitness came years after retiring from dance due to chronic injuries and rheumatoid arthritis. I started boxing a few years ago at age 47, and began weight and resistance training alongside the boxing to improve my strength and alignment, as well as build muscle.
